We only collect personal data you give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site securely.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, your role, your company, your work email, your phone number (optional), your sector, your current AMR situation, what brings you to us, and anything you write in the message field.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and available. Our analytics use no cookies and do not identify you. See the Cookie policy .
Why we use it
We use your contact-form data to answer your enquiry and to take the steps you ask for before any possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to act on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you:
- An email delivery provider, to send your enquiry to us.
- A CRM provider, to store your enquiry so we can follow up.
- A hosting and security provider, to run the site, process the form, and protect it from abuse.
- A privacy-friendly analytics provider, for aggregated, cookieless statistics.
Each provider acts only on our instructions under a data-processing agreement. We can name the specific providers on request.
Where your data goes
Our providers are based in the European Union or offer appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses, for any processing outside the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your request and any relationship that follows. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
